I have done some printing and cutting and now when I go to new page and preview, I still see the old things I did in the past. How do I get to a completely new page?

when you preview it's going to show you everything on the previous mats unless you tell it not to show those pages.
if you don't want pages included in the preview right click on the page (the one you don't want to show) and uncheck include page in preview
