I posted this in the general chat section but hoping to get some more reply here. If your order doesn't come on time, does any company give an incentive? cricutmachine.com in particular. You pay the higher price because you're so excited to use the product right away then it doesn't come till few days later. You don't pick the standard shipping for a reason. I'm not sure if I should ask for something or do they just apologize? Thanx

If I am understanding this right... you paid extra for immediate shipping?? and you pay more to get it right away... if this is the case, I would definanlty say something to them, if they dont do anything for you for it not coming right away I would ask to speak to a supervisor or a manager. They should either give you a refund of your shipping cost for it not coming as soon as you paid for it to come or a % off of the total price, or ask for what would make you happy... If it were me... and they didnt do summin that made me happy I would return the item... as hard as that is..

If it is coming into Canada I would blame customs not the company ordered from.

Then I would email them and ask them why it is taking so long. I ordered a expression and it took 7 days to get to Maine. I just used the flat shipping rate.
