Just received my new cricut imagine today. I have tried to get it set up but have ran into some problems. I can't get the printer part calibrated. When it tells you to put in the mat with a piece of paper on it and press go it just makes a noise and won't go any further. Then I noticed that a long silver circular rod fell out of the back onto my table. That must of been what i heard moving around when I took the imagine out of the box. Customer service is closed I guess cause when i try to call it rings then hangs up on me.
Has anyone else had any problems with their cricut imaagine?

Yep, mine is being sent back because the memory wasn't holding the calibration changes. I am frustrated too but at the same time understand that this is a new product and there is going to be some bugs, and PC customer service has been awesome. In fact I just receieved an email from Jim Colby and he is personally going to make sure my new I is up to par.

I would call PC and get it sent back right away! I wouldn't keep a broken machine- Mine's on it's way back and a new one is on it's way here!
Good luck!
