i just synced my gypsy to the craftroom, and decided to try it out finally. my mac is up to date, i forced my expression to update so why does it load the mat, then get stuck "cutting". i have waited 20 minutes, and nothing. everytime it will load the mat, so i know it is conecting...

Hello! It would be best to call customer service, but I can give you a few tips to try. Make sure you have downloaded the Adobe Air program. The Craft Room will not work without it. Also, make sure your Mac is up to date. Also, check the minimum requirements. If you don't meet those requirements then it may not work. Customer service will be available Monday through Friday 7 to 6 MST, give us a call if you are still having issues!
