Good Luck with this! I hope your adventures are less frustrating then mine were. After purchasing two DS and neither worked I walked away never to return. I really wish I had one that actually worked but I am not willing to buy a third

Thanks for the quick response for the phone number.
As far as DS goes I also have two of them, one on each laptop, and both work wonderfully until my system crash last night on this laptop. There should be no problem getting a new activation code.

When my system crashed I lost everything so did not have activation code and such.
Anyway just got of the phone with the gal and she gave me my activation code and I was able to reactivate it online.
I now have gotten smart and have written down the serial number, activation code, and registation code for both om my laptops and put it away in my safety box along with my other important house papers. So if this ever happens again....and hope it never does....I will just pull it out and get going again.
