Anyone have an idea on how long "instantly" takes? I bought a digital cartridge this morning - needing to use it this evening, and it is not available yet. Of course, its Friday and way past 6pm MST - no help til Monday.... so much for "Instant"

Does it show in your order history in your cricut.com account?

Have you logged out and back into CCR since you purchased it?

I purchased some digitals the other day and it took about an hour for them to show up. When mine didn't show up instantly, I signed out of CCR, then signed in again and there they were! It might be worth a try. hth

I had this happen last night. I think there is something going on with their site. The first time I added the carts to my shopping cart, they disappeared when I went to check out. After I re-added them, I checked out ok, but my cart was still showing 0 items before I paid.

The order was in my order history, so I logged into CCR. Not there. Waited til this morning. Logged in. Not there. Called PC and Kelsey added them while I was on the phone. She said she did not know why they weren't added instantly.

I've ordered digitals before and it WAS instantly, that's why I think there is something going on with their site. Unfortunately, now you will have to wait until Monday to call them, unless they magically appear over the weekend. Sorry.

Hi, thanks for responding. Yes the item is shown on my order history as "awaiting shipping". As is the purchase I made a few days ago, but that I have access to.

I did try logging out and back in to CCR, but I guess I'll try again in the morning. At least I have a little time to finish my project.

Whew! Good to know it's PC having the issues, not me. LOL

I purchased my first digital cart today and it's saying the same thing "awaiting shipping" and no access to the cart purchased. Glare Tried exiting CCR and reloading and it's not working.

I purchased a digital image at noon and when I got home at 6, it was in my CCR account and the physical cartridge I bought at the same time had shipped too.

I just bought 3 digital cartridges and they aren't showing up in my craft room either. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing.

Hello All! If you are not seeing digital cartridges that you purchased in your Craft Room account please PM me the order number and the email you use for craft Room. I will look into it and see if it can be fixed ASAP!
