Finally, I am posting for the first time!! Last weekend after apple-picking at the local orchard, I made caramel apple kits with my daughters for their teachers.  Those are fantastic! We went to an orchard and picked apples last weekend ourselves, we may have to do this for our teachers as well! ~Laura
