I don't know if I am in the right place, but I am in search of a good fonts cricut to do my save the date props for my engagement session. I would like to use a more straight lettering font with possibly a fancy font as well... So my question is... can I buy the cricut bundles online and just download them to my cricut directly and not have to have the cartridge or do I need the cartridge at all times plugged in to the cricut expressions 2 machine?
Sorry I am new to the whole cricuting thing :) I am having fun with it so far though!

No, the Cricut is a cartridge based machine so you need the cartridge. However, you can go to the Cricut Craft Room (it's free!) and link your cartridge there and you will no longer need to use the cartridge. Hope this helps you.
