Can anyone help me figure out what to do? I'm using CCR and the cuts are not even. This has never happened before. Thanks.

What are you trying to cut? What image? What cartridge?
What size?
What machine are you using?
What kind of paper are you using?
What settings are you using with that kind of paper?
Maybe one of us can duplicate what you're trying to do...to see if we can figure it out with you?

Hi Char! I'm using the Toy story cartridge with regular cardstock... I used the autofill mode for a piece in 8.5" It started cutting fine but then two rows of the image were faintly cut and some were skipped over.... very odd and frustrating... Is this a glitch in the cartridge or my machine? Thanks for any info. Very much appreciated :)

Oops! I forgot to mention I have the setting to heavy cardstock, it's an expression, and I'm working on Buzz3 and Woody3. Thanks again.

Or, you may need to use the deep blade housing? Did you try that?
You don't say what settings you're using, but I would use the highest settings of all with heavier cardstock.
Make sure the mat doesn't have a lot of residue on it, too.
Have you tried to cut from a lighter-weight paper....and/or just a scratch paper and make the image smaller just to see if that works....then, try the bigger one, too. Use papers you don't like so much...if you have any.
Try these things after CricutGena's suggestions, though.
