I haven't been on this board in several months. What do you think about the Animal Antics cartridge they're sending out to the Circle members? Right now there are several on Ebay for sale. Do you like it well enough to actually BUY it?

I got mine yesterday. Would I buy it? Not sure about this one. I'll give it a whirl this coming weekend.

I would NOT buy this cart. It just doesn't speak to me. I'll keep it because the font is ok - too similar to other fonts to be great - but I can't see myself using any of the other cuts. Maybe if I see some projects using it I'll feel differently, but right at this moment I'm not too impressed with it.

I got one and now that I have seen it I would probably have paid for it...but no more than 35-40$.....I wouldn't go out of my way to own it. It is cute and has some cute card backgrounds to go with the silly animals....

I like it, but I have younger kids who like it too. It would make cute just because cards. It's actually a full cartridge, unlike some that have many blank spots.

I unfortunately wasn't a circle member during the time required to get this cartridge... so I won't be getting one for free unless they put it in rewards to current circle members (fingers crossed this happens ). I would be willing to buy it at a reasonable price, but I'm not willing to pay a fortune for it.

I had no idea about this cart and I guess I joined the circle in time because I just got it today. I think it's adorable! I can't use it until after Lent though because I gave up all scrappy purchases for it and my older son told me that even though I didn't pay for it, it's still new and he took it!! LOL - I will get it back for Easter.

Do you have a link you could post for the handbook? I tried a search, but was unable to find it. I have to make a lot of cutesy cards for my card customers, so I may be interested in this cart. I would need to see the handbook though. GG

Maybe they had a younger group giving them phrases, lol..fo shizzle, wow. I've seen this cart on FB from $50 to $120, might keep my eye out for one, i like quite a few of phrases and since i don't use CCR they could come in handy, and some of the clothing could come in handy for other things as well, like the socks, lol.

I'd be interested in purchasing it....for a decent price. It looks like I'll be taking a 20% pay cut for the next 5 months (thanks congress ), so I really need to watch my spending.

I actually really do like it and think it's cute. I would have probably bought it--I love carts with phrases on them; it makes life easy without a gypsy/ccr. I would probably spend $20-$30 tops on it and less as time goes on. I guess I'm in the minority with the animals too, cause I thought they were cute....much more so than Teddy Bear Parade, which I have yet to understand the hoop-la over. I would only pay $15 for that one. But to each their own. Glad there are so many choices out there for those who enjoy the cart-based system though

It sucks, why don't they stop sending billions of dollars to other Countries instead of cutting hard working American Citizens pay. My heart goes out to you, it's NOT fair.

There are sooooo many ways that I believe they could cut the spending without cutting our salaries. Don't even get me started on it... I think what worries/scares me the most is that the mission will still get done. And then they'll see that the mission can still be accomplished at an 80% level. So what's the incentive to go back to full budget? Sorry for the hijack.... Would still like to purchase someone's Animal Antics for a decent price.

Cut out is what you would have to do; we can't edit out the phrases to get to them. Also, they are embedded/wrapped around inside some of the phrases....so it doesn't look like it would be that easy to cut them out. I, for one, don't like that PC is starting to do this on some of the cartridges (it seems to me). I love being able to edit out portions that I don't want on the cartridges. If they do this too much, I'm going to be a little upset about it. I do love those cartridges where you can take parts of the images for something else. Char

Char Yes, it seems to be a trend that I also don't like. I've cut-out (by hand) parts of phrases before on other cart cuts, and it worked out ok. Depends on what it is and how the words are messed up with the critters shoved in the middle.
