For the past two days I have been installing and uninstalling ccr ,the login screen will not appear , I've tried double clicking on the icon also. Have been trying to tryout my new mini and new cake mini.

Are you getting stuck at the Initializing screen or aren't you getting that far?

Have been trying to tryout my new mini and new cake mini. You should have some information with your MINI machines that tell you how to initially set up on your computer. I would unplug the USB cord from your computer's hard drive and start over using the steps that are detailed in your literature (which should have been included with your machine, if you bought it new). Does this help? ALSO, you need to make sure ADOBE AIR is showing in your control panel. If it is not, go to the ADOBE AIR website and download the latest version to your computer. ADOBE AIR and CCR go hand in hand...CCR won't work without this additional download. It actually comes on the screen after you download CCR.....but, if you push buttons before it appears, it may not show up at all. Does this help? Char

thanks everyone for replying,I finally got ccr installed, my internet tech support added another user account and reinstalled ccr through the new user account and everything is up and running .
