My Circut Imagine could not recognize my colour ink cartridge and after various telephone calls and emails I have tried to restore but it gets stuck on the "insert ink cartridges" page.

Also you cannot remove any cartridges as the black ink protector flap will not move allowing you access to the cartridges.

Can anyone please help. I really need to play with my new machine!!!!
