Hello!
I have a cricut expression 2 bought on december 2012. i still haven't found out how to make it work through cricut craft room. My firmware ends in 1000. i read that there is a problem with this firmware. when i connect my machine on my pc, ccr doesn't detect the expression 2. i tried to update firmware but i get the same message ''cricut device is not attached on the computer
''. is there a solution? i have read that many users had the same problem before two years. how did they fixed it? plese help me. i'm so dissapointed. i'm really excited about this machine but i can do NOTHING!

Call PC and CS will help you. Click on the Support tab at the top to find the US and International numbers.
