My husband bought me a Cricut 2 expressions for my Birthday. I am having a little trouble figuring things out. The machine came with Cricut Alphabet and Cricut Essentials. How can I get these two to work in the Craft Room?

Did you receive any information with your E2 at all? If so, I would suggest you read through it thoroughly. Since some people are unable to use their E2 with CCR, it is imperative that you follow all the instructions to the "T"! I'm not saying that others don't do that; it's just important that you do this for the best outcome.
Did you receive any information that leads you to download CCR?
Let us know this; then, we can proceed, if you need further help and aren't understanding what they're telling you to do.

I got it for Christmas and I have the same issue. I have no idea why I can't use what came loaded on my machine in CCR
