I didn't realize that the Create "doesn't play well" with the Gypsy, lucky for me I had my old laptop with me and the Design Studio installed. After I got my v1.54 back my Create worked beautifully.
As soon as mine wouldn't cut I went directly to this board and found the answer right away.

Can you tell me how to do this? Right now my Create is worthless I don't use CCR so that is not an option for me - I only crop 'on the go' and not at home so I don't need to take my laptop anywhere - otherwise I would go digital Thanks in advance Paula

I'd call PC and talk to CS to get the most updated info on how to correct the problem with your Create. I know I've seen posts about it, but have no idea if the info is still current. But, CS will.
Click on the Support button at the top for the CS number and hours.
