My Gypsy crashed during an update and won't even turn off (just said loading). I called Provo Craft, no hold time, the lady (who's name I unfortunately did not get) was very pleasant and gave me the step by step instructions which ended up taking over 3 hours. But at last it works, all my linked cartridges are still there. I did loose my saved files though, seem like they should be stored on my computer somewhere as part of a previous sync process, but still looking for those. I was ready to give up but my experience was a great one. Thanks!
