Trying to find my way around the craft room studio, downloaded and connected but won't CUT when i press that button. What am i doing wrong?

Do you own the cart that you are trying to cut from? Or is a free cut?

Make sure your mat is loaded. Either load button on your machine or load button in ccr next to the cut button. I know that if I use the ccr load/unload button and then the next time if I am still working on the same project if I use the machine button, it won't cut until I hit the load button in CCR. Is the cut button in ccr green meaning active or brownish meaning not active? Also, if you are using a digital or free cart in ccr, I think you have to have a cart, any cart, loaded in your machine. Hope one of these will fix the problem.
