For some reason I was unable to link the new Artiste Cartridge to the Gypsy even though I updated my Gypsy prior to linking. Do I need to wait for a new update?

I have the Artiste Cartridge and had no trouble linking it to my gypsy,i would plug it into sync again and see what it says.Have a look in the cartridge library on your gypsy to see if Artiste is on there,if so then it could be that your cartridge is faulty. Not much help i know but it should be in the library if your gypsy has been fully updated,the latest info is version1.4 (0227:0249). Hope this has been of some help
