I decided to cut a couple things with my E2. Not going thru CCR(still doesn't communicate)
I haven't used it in quite awhile.
2 things
1. It says error everytime I put a cartridge in. ALL of the cartridges not just one or 2. The 3 that are listed on the E2 cut fine.
2. It says to connect to wi-fi. WHY if I'm not using a computer?
I never had trouble before!!!!
Help please. I just want to cut a few little things

Thanks for any help I can get. Hello! Please call customer service at 877-7cricut. It sounds as though you may just need a calibration, however we can certainly assist you best over the phone! -Cricut Gena

-Cricut Gena I did another calibration and that solved nothing. I will have to bit the bullet and call PC  I have tried a couple times to ask about not being able to use CCR and my E2 but they put me on hold for so long, that I end up hanging up. I have things to do and can't just spend all day waiting.
