Hello. I've had my Expression 2 machine for no more than 3 months. I've only had time to use it a couple of times. But I've been having issues with the machine cutting basic round/oval shapes. Whether I use the Cricut Craftroom or simply make the circles directly with the machine's built-in editor, the cuts are extremely imperfect! I've been cutting only on medium cardstock paper (they're not very thick at all.) All my CIRCLES come off semi squished (not perfectly round), and chipped at the top. My oval cuts (in the picture link below), are not perfect ovals either, and the top is always chipped. The machine never connects in the exact spot it started on. It's been very frustrating because it makes my work look very unprofessional. I make sure to have the paper stick onto the sticky mat very well so it doesn't move while cutting. (Brand new sticky mat too!) ALSO, whether I make the ovals super large or small like this (1.5" width, 1" height), the SAME thing happens! IMAGE of oval cuts: http://i.imgur.com/iyULUFm.jpgAny idea why it's doing this? Do I have a faulty machine?

Have you updated your Expression 2 yet?
I think (sorry can't remember) there was an update that addressed that issue.
I would start there first.
Just download cricutsync and follow directions.
If that doesn't work then contact customer service.
