Hi, all! BlingPrincessRia here and I'm having some difficulty and I hope someone can help me.
I just bought a new computer a few days ago, and it has Windows 8 rather than Windows 7. Does anyone know if CCR is compatible with Windows 8? I got it to download okay, and even managed to download and install the drivers for my Cricut from CCR's pull-down menus. It just won't go beyond the trying to load screen, if we get that far. I can't log in to my CCR account, or even create a new one to start fresh. Unfortunately, PC's customer service department is down for the weekend, and I work during the days.
I really need to get this resolved as soon as possible, I have to start designing and cutting my daughter's birthday party decorations SOON. Her party's in two weeks and I need the weld feature to make her banner.
