Hi, can anyone help? My design studio stopped working and after about 20 emails back and forth to Cricut they have said they cant help and suggested I use CCR. I installed it and did a first cut. I went to cut the second time and it keeps saying the cartridge is not entered - it is.
I have turned it off, logged out, done everythign I can think of - and I have no idea what happened between cut 1 and 2. Can anyone help pleaE?

Thanks Shona Make sure you have updated your Cricuts firmware. Which one are you using? Also, make sure you have installed the Cricut drivers to your computer. You do that from the Help menu in CCR. And thirdly, make sure you have added Cricut-CraftRoom.exe and CCRBridge.exe as exceptions to your anti-virus program. If you're using a Mac then the last two options above don't apply obviously.
