Hi Andrea, SO what are you considering as cold????? how about 10 - 15 here with a windchill of 0.......now that is freakin cold...........lol. We have friends near SanFranscio and they was saying it was cool..........it was mid 70's.....heck in that weather I would be wearing my bikin.......well not really, you DONT want to see a whale in a 2 piece....heheheheh. Hope is all well with you, I seen where you just posted on the love ticket thread where you all had a earth quake???? I sure hope you are all ok out there, that is one thing about living in Ohio and Indiana, we really dont have to worry about those, but we did have a small one, my mom was in bed and started yelling at me cause she thought I was shaking the bed....lol. I hope it didnt rattle all the creative juices that you have flowing....have a great week

It's snowing! Blizzard Warning until 11 PM 2"-3" snowing at my house, brrr. It's not that cold(36). I mean I wouldn't want to have to stay outside for very long but it's really pretty watching the snowflakes fall. Some of the photos turned in to the local new station are wonderful. http://www.kvoa.com/news...now-mania-sweeps-tucson/Stay warm everybody. KimB

JCI It's Melody. KM account shut down today. Found some pretty beads that are kind of springy and may add to the tickets. Love how the seasons change so our craft themes can change too.

Well I had an AWSOME weekend. Went to Ohio and visited with my kids, went to my oldest grandsons basketball game..was the last for the season, then watched 5 grandkids saturday night so the parents could go out, then saturday went to watch the state championship in wrestling, where he took 4th...yahooo, then my son took me to the best hockey game I have ever seen, went into overtime....then a shoot out, and my team won..........but here was the icing of the cake. I was getting ready to go home, when my 6 year old grandson broke from his moms arms, she was trying to get him into the bath, he ran to me when I was heading out the door, he was crying so hard he couldnt hardly breath, I couldnt figure out what was wrong with him, I coudlnt understand what he was trying to tell me, then his mom told me he didnt want me to go..........he touched me heart sooooooo much, this is one of my grandsons that is quite grouchy most of the time, he truely wanted me to stay there, i will never ever forget that, I cried all the way home, you know your grandkids love you, but when they show it in that way.......its priceless, I may not be rich, but I'm a billionair in love, I have to thank God everyday for what he has given me

Just checking in. I didn't get to work on these last weekend. My table is still filled with the polymer clay supplies that I have been working with for a week or so. I have another day or two to spend on that, then I will "make a clean sweep" to ready my table for papercrafting again!

Ohscrappylady, that is such a sweet story. I am years away from being a grandparent, I hope. I love watching my children have special moments and building memories with their grandparents. The grandparent- grandchild relationship can be such a blessing all the way around. Sounds like your grandkids are lucky to have a grandmother that enjoys spending time with them.

I thought I was to young to have grandkids.....(considering I am ONLY 25), but once they was here, I truely never knew you could love someone that much, I love my kids more then anything, but the love for a grandbaby is so different, you think you can rest once your kids are grown.....NOT the case, when my grandson skype me 10 times a day, I feel like I"m on top of the world, when they call me to ask me to help them with their home work, I'm on top of the world, when they skype me just to read me a book.....I'm on top of the world........so YES being a grandparent IS THE BEST FEELING ON THIS EARTH.......I'm so lucky to have them, I do thank God for them, what they say about grandkids being a gift from heaven...........IS SOOOOOOOOO CORRECT

I have been out of town for several days and am just catching up on swap threads.
SCIB love your tickets.
I haven't started on mine yet but I do have my paper picked out and a plan. Usually that is the hardest step. I was hoping to work on these today but ended up taking my youngest to the doctor this morning and hanging out with him.
I will have them completed in plenty of time.

(it snowed twice this year) it was prob about 35` maybe less when I posted 2 wks ago, I would love to move to a place where it snows a lot and the weather is like 0` my boy friend from New orleans, LA he would like to move back there and take me and my son, I'm having a hard time saying yes I love my mountains I love the four seasons that Cali has to offer, New Orleans I have nothing nice to say about LA LOL That had to be funny thinking that your shaking the bed to find out it was a real one lol that happens a lot over here a lot.
