When trying to open the program for the firs time it wants to download drivers but I keep getting an error code saying that it couldn't download the drivers. I have even manually downloaded them but it won't recognize them... any suggestions?

Soni - Do you have your CRICUT machine turned on before you try to install the drivers?
If you do, then I would call ProvoCraft CCR Tech Service as soon as you can and let them help you with this problem.
