MissAnn......well, I guess I am a talkative person! I try to post something on all the projects I look at. Plus, I have been in a few swaps where communicating was necessary and required. I am also in 2 monthly swaps that I joined early on, so I have many posts from those. Then, I have been quite ill over the last year, I am in liver failure from an auto immune disease, so the MB was my main source of entertainment. I also do not sleep well, so I will often get on the MB late at night and look at really old posts. Thanks for signing up for my Giveaway! GG

Hi! I always love opening up your posts because they always have such a positive slant. What does "MQ Page" mean?

Thank you! MQ stands for Master Questionnaire. It is a series of questions about you and your family and your crafting. The Master Questionnaire thread is found under the RAK's and Swaps section of this board. It is suggested that anyone involved in a swap fill one out. Most of us list our MQ page and post number with our pictures so our crafty friends can find it easily. GG

HAPPY ANIVERSARY - I'm sure you will make it. Didn't know you taught card classes. I will have to check that out. I like to make cards, and of course scrapbooking. My question to you: How do you stay focused on doing so many projects at once? Hugs to you, Flo

It really is a gift! My brain just functions that way. I have always been able to multi-task. My DH says he can sometimes see my gears whirling when he looks in my eyes ! I do notice that I function better with music playing. Also, I am a list maker and a calendar keeper. I make a list of what projects I want to tackle, and what I need for each project. I have a calendar in my kitchen that has space for everyone in the family's name. That way I know what is going on every day. I put my crafting time on the calendar, too. I had to, or I would just not stick to it. This makes me sound boring to a lot of people....with all my lists and calendars and sticking to a schedule, but that is how I function best. That does not mean I cannot be spontaneous....I schedule time for that every day . That is a joke by the way. That is just what works for me. You see, I have Ausperger's Syndrome...I honestly think I can hear my brain working and wandering. It makes it extremely hard to focus....thus the lists and calendars which keep me on track. And the music....it soothes me and keeps me calm...settles my brain so I can focus my energy. My middle son has Ausperger's too. We help each other stick to our schedules and lists. He, too, is helped by music, but likes to make lists of numbers better. His room is covered with pages of numbers....prime numbers, numbers divisible by other numbers, numbers squared, etc. Numbers calm him, music calms me. I have learned to love my Ausperger's, God gave it to me so I could use it to be creative and unique. I know my son will learn to use his, too. Hugs back! THANK YOU ALL!!! THIS IS MY 3000th POST!!! Maria....I started paper crafting several years ago when I would paint miniature cards to go with the paintings I made as gifts for family and friends. My MIL said to me...."You should make more cards," so I did. Granny510....Welcome to the MB. I really am not sure how many swaps I have been in at this point. My favorite RAK's are the 2 monthly ones I do....the Embossing and the Monthly Cut one. My all time favorite RAK though is when I can secretly surprise someone with something, and they never know it was me...HeeHeeHee! gonescrappin.....at this rate, August! legalbeagle.....Sometimes I ink, and sometimes I do not. For the monthly RAK, I do not unless asked, because I don not want to mess up what the person has planned for that cut. Most of my personal projects I do. Momento ink is my favorite. Katt....Hi! Thanks again for helping me reach this goal. Call me Mrs. 3000!! Blessings, GG.

So happy for you that you reached your goal of 3,000 posts!! My question is do you use CCR and do you have any tips or suggestions in using it? I have not used it very much and would really like to become more proficient with it. Again, happy you reached your goal. Penny

ArcadiaFLNative......thank you Penny! I, too, am hoping to become more proficient in CCR. I stayed away from it for the longest time so I could really learn my machine, an E2. I have used CCR a few times, but only for straight cuts, no fancy stuff. I would love to take some kind of class that would teach me how to use it, or find a manual that explained everything. I tend to learn best by reading about something and then seeing it done, so teaching myself to do something is difficult. There are a few people on this board that do very well with CCR and I am sure would answer your questions, particularly Narelle and Scrapalette. If you learn any tips, be sure to keep me in mind! GG
