I've got a new Cricut Expression 2, and when I push the power button, the home, pause and power buttons are lit, the screen is also lit (but with no image on it), and when I release the button, everything goes off again. I have tested in a few power outlets, checked the power cord, there are no cardboard shipping insert in the machine, and I don't know what to look for anymore. Also, I need online support, because the machine was bought in the USA, but I'm in Brazil now, so i'ts difficult for me to call the telephone support. Please, help me

I have had this happen with mine. I think the button is very sensitive. I find that if I do it carefully its ok. Sometimes it seems to be turning off at the same time you switch on if you keep your finger on the button too long. Hth Xxsue
