Hi My name is Lynne and I live in Wiltshire UK I am getting really fed up trying to update my Gypsy to the point of thinking of putting it in the bin, over the years I have spent £££££££££££ like lots of you on Provo craft items, have I wasted this money?. If anyone could help me I would be very grateful.

Lynne x Has it been some time since you updated? You may need to download and install the latest version of Cricut Sync first. You can get it here: http://www.cricut.com/home/support/cricut-sync

Thank you Narelle I moved house and the boxes were not all unpacked straight away so yes it has been a while, I will try what you say.
