Hi!
I have gone through heck trying to get my cricut(Circ- as I have named it) to work. Initially it was telling me that my ink cartridges were not installed. So I finally got past that part, and well.. i went through the printing callibration. Then the next step was cutting, Circ took in the mat, and it just came out of the back, rather than pulling back in to cut.. what the heck is going on!!??? :(

Make sure you haven't accidently covered up any black lines around the edges. Try putting the mat in the reverse direction. If you are using Cricut Craft Room, odds is that is the problem so try the machine as stand alone and see if it doesz the same thing if you're using CCR. Try a different mat (sometimes a scratch etc. can cause it to do that).
