Hi everyone, I just got my E2 and am trying to cut out the filigree Tinkerbell. I have gone through numerous pieces of paper, tried so many different settings, and still the paper is shredding. Super frustrating. These are pretty intricate wings, so now I am wondering if it just won't cut them. BUT, why would they create an image like this if the machine can't cut it!?
Any help with the Tinkerbell cartridge or advice on this issue would be so helpful!
Thanks.

Alot of it depends on the paper you use. And sometimes the size (smaller is harder). Try other kinds of paper. A fresh mat and a sharp blade. Good luck.

Are you using paper or are you using cardstock?
Fresh mat? Or refreshed one?
Slow speed? Good blade inserted correctly?
Try it on cardstock at a large size. If you can get that to work, reduce the size and try again.
