I used my Expressions yesterday without a problem and tried to use it again this morning. The first time, it didn't "see" it, so I restarted Craft Room and my laptop. Second time, I was given a prompt to update my firmware. It said I had version 1.0, which I don't think could be correct or I don't think it would have been working with Craft Room. Anyway, tried the update and it has been on the first stage for the last 30 minutes. (Any time I've updated in the past, it's only taken a few minutes.) How long does this take? With all of the dire warnings on the firmware update instructions, I'm afraid to stop it and try again but I suspect something has gone wrong.

I've gotten that same message multiple times on multiple days...
I know my Expression has the latest firmware update and not the 1.0 version.
You can see which version number your machine has when you first turn it on. It is on the display.
I just skip it.
If that doesn't work I log out then back in to CCR.
Hope this helps. D-
