Hello! I was happily sitting here attempting to create my first Disney character with my new cartridge. I made several cuts, and then went to do another, and the blade housing doesn't move at all. The little light comes on as if it's getting ready to move across the page and start cutting, but then it just does nothing.  I have tried turning everything off and restarting, but nothing.... Does anyone have any suggestions? (It's Sunday, so I can't call customer support.) Thanks!!!!

The same thing happened to me this afternoon! I'm trying to figure out what happened and what to do.
Have you found anything out?
