Hi
I have just upgraded from Expression to E2 and I am noticing that my cartridges I was using for example George, Plantion, Doodlecharms are not cutting the same as on my old machine.
An example, the heart on George using my Expression, cut clean straight lines and I had an even balanced heart. The E2 cuts want I can only describe as a wonky heart, the edges are clean but they are slightly wavy and the heart is not balanced at all.
The scalloped heart on Doodlecharms the scallops on the right hand side are just not in the same place or even the same shape as when I used this cart on my old Expression.
Is anybody else having this issue, if so is there a resolve as so far I am more than disappointed with this new 'upgrade'!
Thank you

Hello! I can recommend calling customer service at 877-7cricut. You may need to update your expression 2 or even get a new blade housing.

Thank you Gena
I live in the UK so calling is not really possible; I've tried emailing and had no reply - its a brand new machine so I would like to think the blade housing does not need to be replaced.
Thank you for your help, though I may borrow my friends blade housing just to see if it makes a difference.
