Hi, I need some urgent help please but not sure if this is the right place to post this?
My a/c details show that I'm from the UK but when I'm trying to buy downloads, in the bar along the top of the page is the American flag, and I'm not given the option to change this. When I'm filling out the form to purchase a download it won't accept my UK post code, I assume because of the 'American flag' at the top of the page. I'm only given the option of changing from USA to Canada.
I've bought things before but just can't get in this time. Please can you help me asap as my grandson needs a hedgehog for his school project today, lol!

While in the MB forums I clicked on my flag and was given a list of countries to choose from.
The UK was right below USA and Canada for me.
Hope you were able to get this fixed and were able to make your purchase.
