Barb...thanks for the advice. I had to install CCR that way. I guess I was too used to using it because when I had to use it with cartridges I was totally befuddled.

I received THE most amaing cards from Penny. NO DIBBS not now not ever NEVER.....I will upload them as soon as I find the usb coord to my camera. Seriously...I want to redo the ones I am send her because these are so amazing. LOVE them....

Hello EVeryone ! Well, March 30th is next Saturday and it is fast approaching ! Yikes !!

KM - sounds like you are really busy and I hope you are getting enough rest ( I know I am preaching to the choir ) I saw an awesome felting class video with these adorable little lambs that were made with the raw wool product...I wish someone around here would teach a class in that. I may have to take that up in my old age !!

Finally able to post the cards Penny sent me...again no Dibbs, they are truly lovely....

I am having a busy week with trying to finish up on 10 cards for this swap and working on an altered box and a journal due the first week of April and bunches of other things going on !!
What a busy time of year this has turned out to be...I dont think I was this busy at Christmas !

I forgot to mention, that your envelopes can be store bought...you do not have to make custom envelopes unless you want to...crafter's choice !

Big waves to my partners, Amy and KM....hope all is well with you ! Personally I have NO CLUE as to what "Spring Break" is. I dont think I have ever really had one of those. I have always continued to work throughout this season, because if I dont work I dont get paid...no holiday pay for me ! Besides, people in this country get too much time off anyway. The kids get way too much time off from school. I think school should be 7 days a week and all year round.. keep them busy and out of trouble ! Give MOms more time to rest and craft !

Back from Washington DC. We had a fabulous time! Came home to more snow :(

That's great Amy ! I will have yours and Melody's mailed out in time as well...I must have been looking at an old calendar when I picked the dates here...So, Monday is okay for a mialing date. I messed up with the Easter date this week-end. Next time I will be more careful to check the dates...sorry ladies !

I am thinking of doing the next card swap for SQUARE cards - From 5x5 to 6"x6" - What do you all think ??
Is making 5 cards too many ? Should we drop it down to 3 ?

What an embarrassing disaster happened today. The cards I sent to Amy got returned as "no such number" ....I don't know if Elvis's ghost is working at the post office, but I will have to re-check on the numbers and send them back out there...gee whiz !! I am sorry Amy....send me your addy again so I can check it.

Melody and I are mailing ours on Monday to each other because we had another swap to send and wanted to save $$$ on postage. So, as soon as we get those done we shall post the pictures.

I would like to do another card swap, but make it different this time...I would like to reduce it to 2 cards and they will be "SHAPED CARDS" . In other words, no rectangles or squares. I would like them to be made with a Cricut image that is cut out to be a card, like the shape of a Tea Pot, or a Dog or whatever you like. I still want them to be about 5x7 or larger, as there is already a swap for small cards.

I will set it up and see if anyone is interested.

Okay, here are the lovely cards that Barbara sent me. I like the "bathing beauties" one so much that I think I will frame it instead of using it as a card--is that selfish? LOL! She also sent me some cute stickers and a Darice embossing folder! I don't have any Darice--I've been wanting to give them a try.
