I tried loading/running ccr on my computer - it hits the initializing screen and then an error window stating ccrbridge.exe stopped working.
I read all the posts about the app dying during initialization and the fixes with antivirus programs... is this the symptom? If it matters we use Zone Alarm for a firewall

Lori - Can you try to find a topic in Craft Room Application forum with a TITLE that helps with Zone Alarm? You may have to go back ten or more pages, but I'm pretty sure others have answered to the problems with Zone Alarm. I'll look quickly to see if I can find one for you.
In the meantime, maybe someone will come back to this post to help you with it.
I would give ProvoCraft a call if you can do that. Sometimes they can be so much more helpful because you're giving them the information they need (which we don't always get in these posts when people are having problems) to help you.

Lori - On Page 2 (Craft Room Forum), Narelle has some suggestions for Zone Alarm. Maybe they will help you. ZONE ALARM is listed in the title....halfway or more down that page.
