My machine will turn on if you plug it in and rress the power button, then the scren lights up and the home button, power button and pause button light up. When you press the main screen button, the screen jumps and then the screen is lit and the power button is lit, but the botton is frozen and wont even turn the machine off. What in the world is this?????

What the heck, mine was working fine 2 weeks ago now is frozen after the screen jumping thing. I did an online update and now it just sits on the screen that says Cricut. Why isn't this being answered and addressed. Nice support
