I'm decorating a wood chicken coop with vinyl...the first round warped and peeled off. The second round I mod podged and am planning on spraying clear over it. Should I be using outdoor vinyl? Any suggestions on coatings to keep it permanent? This is my first project using vinyl outdoors.

To my thinking, Mod Podge wouldn't be good out in the elements. Maybe others KNOW different, but I wouldn't use it for outdoor use.
Have you tried an outdoor sealant over the vinyl....which I would think would cover the entire surface of whatever the base is under your image.

DEFINETLY an outdoor vinyl! outdoor vinyl comes in different types...ie 3 yr, 5 yr, 7 yr. thats how long you can expect the vinyl to last on a substrate. the best place to get outdoor vinyl in a variety of colors and lengths at a reasonable price is fellers.com. I wouldnt coat it with anything either you will shorten the life of the vinyl! Good Luck!
