I just got my new Gypsy and I connected it to my computer to have it updated with the new apps. It was updating perfectly thru Cricut Sync.. UNTIL ....  it got to the part where it says Do not turn off device..,. Gypsy updating Installing Content 1 of 1... In this part it finish updating and it's in the part where the green line keeps going and going.. It's been there for a while already... Does it suppose to take this long to finish updating????? PLZ HELP... ANYTHING SUPPOSE TO BE HELPFUL...

If it will not stop go ahead and exit the program and detach your Gypsy from the computer. If you need to reset the Gypsy use the tool found by unscrewing the top of your stylus to poke into the little hole on the back of your Gypsy. This will turn off the Gypsy. You can then restart the Gypsy. To make sure the updates have completed just hook the Gypsy to the computer again and restart Cricut Sync. It will tell you if you need any more updates. If you have questions please call customer support at 877-7cricut, we would love to assist you. -Cricut Gena

Hello CricutGena , Thank you very much for your help I stop it and everything that need it to be updated got updated.... EXCEPT... the GYPSY-IMAGINE APPLICATION.. ok... so I actually stop it when it got to 100% in GYPSY-IMAGINE APPLICATION because it was taking for ever... more than 3 hours I TRY .. I REALLY TRY.. So i did as you said.. and reconnect it back .. the only thing that tells me to update is the GYPSY-IMAGINE APPLICATION but I DON'T owned the Cricut Imagine .. I actually have the Cricut Expression... Do I still have to update GYPSY-IMAGINE APPLICATION even thou I don't own it?
