 I am an extreme newby. I bought a new cartridge and registered it with the provided number, but it does not show up in craft room under my cartridges and neither do the freebies described on the home page; anyone know what I need to do to fix this? Thanks!

Do I have to do anything to get my new cartridge to show up in MY Cartridges in CCR? I do see the freebies bolded now. Any help would be greatly appreciated. THANKS

If you bought the "physical" cartridge you need to link it to your CCR acct.
If you bought a digital one I am not sure what you need to do as I haven't bought any digital ones yet.

Thanks! Hi Wanda, Welcome to the cricut boards! If this is a physical cart you need to link it to Craftroom by opening Craftroom and connecting your Cricut machine to your computer and plug in your cartridge to your Cricut. Find the cartridge on the list in Craftroom and click link. Follow the online instuctions. Good luck. If it is a digital cart call PC customer service to help you acvcess it.
