I have a new computer and would like to know if I can transfer all my saved files on design studio to my new computer. I have downloaded the design studio on my new computer but do not know if I can transfer all my saved files. Can this be done?

Thank you Sure you can!  You'll find the projects in your c:my documents/Cricut/projects folder. (Going by memory here so I hope that's the correct location.) You can copy all the files into a memory stick then place them in the same location on your new computer once you have installed DS. Once you've installed DS you'll need to contact PC customer service to have your DS serial number reset. Otherwise you won't be able to get it out of trial mode on your new computer.

I'm having trouble downloading the DS onto my new computer. I can't download the software and it won't accept the update either, any suggestions? Star

Here is a link to the Design Studio downloads. I do not recommend downloading the program from your disk. http://www.cricut.com/home/support/CDSYou will need to run the program update and then the cartridge content update. Once this is done you can run the program by clicking on the icon on your desktop. Please let us know if you are still having difficulties downloading the program. I mostly use CCR now but just updated my CDS to use when I don't have internet access. D-
