Hello I need help, I have gone thru the vinyl instructions, transfer tape instruction and every combination on my mini to cut vinyl and is not working...either it does not cut enough for the transfer tape to pick it up, or cuts too deep...please help me, getting pretty frustrated. It seems so easy on Youtube

Are you using vinyl to stick onto a glass, cup, ornament? Not iron on vinyl for clothes? Assuming you are using regular vinyl you should stick the backing to the mat so that the vinyl is on top. Set you blade depth on 3, your pressure on 2 and the speed on 3 or 4. If you have already tried these settings then you might want to check your blade. Try a new blade. Make sure that something hasn't gotten stuck to the blade. I cut vinyl all the time with my mini. It does a beautiful job. Is the vinyl sticking good to the mat. You might need to use blue painters tape to hold it down really well. If you've tried all of these things: settings, blade and adherence to mat, and it still isn't cutting right then you should call PC.
