Does anyone have a cricut create as just got one a few days ago and others on this site have other types of cricuts and are talking about stuff I have no idea about?!?

Like what? Most of the machines have some of the same basic functions. There is a forum for that machine you might try looking in there.

Like what is the craft room. i am afraid i dont know what that is and lots of people asking advice on it.

Cricut Craft Room {CCR} is the free online design program from Provo Craft. In CCR, you can weld shapes and letters and manipulate shapes or just use it for sizing your cuts or for searching for images. You can click on Craft Room at the top of this page and read more about it. There's also a forum for Craft Room. Provo Craft usually has a weekly free image or image set you can cut for that week. But, they've just announced 100 free files you can cut using CCR until 1/31/13.
