I used the party hat shape and the "card" feature on the doodlecharms cart for the orange cut on this card. I made a little shaker out of a piece of transparency sheet that I sewed up and filled with sequins and put it behind the party hat cut-out for some extra fun. Paper is from Basic grey's "fact or fiction" collection. TFL!
