Made this for a friend of mine and my grandaughter. Drilled a hole in a wine bottle cut out the figures on vinyl. Then painted them with Gallery Glass paint, then etched the bottle. Put a string of 35 lights that I got a Hobby Lobby.

I used a Kobalt 1/2 inch Glass & Tile drill bit. Then I have a drimell tool that has glass bits in it I used to smoth the edges with.
