It's acting like George, which of course I can't link either. And this is my favorite cart next to Life is a Beach. What's going on?

I didn't have trouble with this one....you might try 1) turning it backwards 2) put it in the Cricut, make a few cuts with it, then try to link it again (I've had this strategy work before).

I've tried all that with George but have only tried to put the cart in the other way when trying to link Old West. I'll try doing the link using the Cricut after I get home from work.
