Wondering if there is a known issue with the digital cartridge: 3D Pinwheels - pinwheel4

I purchased this set a few days ago and while pinwheel4 looks correct on screen, it cuts the top portion of the file crudely--squared/not rounded and edges of one part overlaps & cuts into the next.

The other pinwheel files that I have created have cut perfectly -- I'm only having trouble with #4. I know it's not sliding on the mat and have tried to move that file around--everything else cuts as expected regardless of where it is positioned on the mat. It seems to be a problem with the digital file (after being transmitted to cut) and only pinwheel4.

I'm cutting on the smaller Cricut Create and have not had any other issues. Wondering if I'm doing something wrong or if others with the Create have had a similar issue.

(The other pinwheels are adorable, btw!)
