HELP! I am brand new & have a few cartridges at home. But I just purchased a digital one & have NO CLUE where/how to retrieve it.. I thought I read all the ins & outs on "How To", but alas.. I am lost & so is my purchase!

When you log in to CCR using your username & password it should show up in your cartridges. If you have a Gypsy, you will need to sync your G to update your cartridge content.
