I know I am a dummy for asking this but when I am in the project area of cricut.com when it gives all the steps to use to make project it has the file you can download in the CCR. For the life of me I cannot get my puter to let me do this. I keep getting messages I don't have what I need to download. I am desperate for help on this. You need to download CCR and then download the file to your computer. Log into CCR and then click the Import button. You then find the file on your computer to open it in CCR.
