I use it with DS and my little cricut (not the create though, but a 6 by 12 mat machine). Design Studio looks through the carts in the jukebox before it starts cutting and then starts cutting after it finds all of the carts used. Nice not to have to load a cart for each new cut. taymaeg2010 has one on sale for $69.99 for a jukebox with two carts. http://www.ebay.com/sch/...jukebox+cricut&rt=ncMary

It keeps you from having to insert 6 carts {or more if you use multiple jukeboxes as they are stackable}. Instead of having to take one cart out of your Cricut and insert another, you just press the button associated with the cart that's in your jukebox. And as others have stated, it works great!

If you are using CCR or DS, you don't need to use the keypads. If you are using the machine as a stand alone machine, yes, you will change keypads.
