Denise - I got the pm and everything sounds like it will work out just fine. I do hope you are able to help your daughter feel better. Hopefully they can figure things out so she can get back to normal as quickly as possible. It is wonderful that you can be there to help her. Everyone take care. Lambing season right now (if you raise sheep - yes, we lamb a bit later - to fit our schedule) so things are hectic. I will try to post when things arrive. Two bottle babies at this point - hopefully they are it for the year. Planned return shipping /swapping out date for this swap is April 10. I usually try to swap out within a week, but with continuing ed class (added) and several work functions I have to attend (added after this swap started), there is a chance I won't swap out until the weekend of the 12th. I will keep everyone posted.

They are all here! Yes, I did have to peek and WOW - I think you will all be astonished with these items. While I know we are all at different levels of skill - everyone created absolutely wonderful packages for this round! I can't wait for everyone to see them and will hold off on posting photos until after things are mailed. (I take photos after swapping things out) I do not know if I will have time to swap and package everything before Wednesday, but will see. I like to complete everything at once - which means I need some uninterrupted time. Wednesdays are my day off, so that is when I usually swap -- when everyone is out of the house

I second that anticipation!
But I also know how true it is that you need a full day, uninterrupted, to swap out these kinds of swaps! So I will be patient....
But I do look forward to receiving back!
And I just love how everyone was able to mail on time! Saves on a lot of stress for our hostess! So congrats to each of you!

ladies, hate to say this, but I have kind of a mess right now- septic backed up about a gallon worth a few days ago.
Thought repaired a few days ago, but then got home from work at 10:30 this am and discovered something happened and we had a rather huge mess. Water/yucky stuff now gone from three rooms and a hallway, but the cleaning/sanitizing has to happen. Taking a few minutes to check email.
If lucky, we might complete by late tonight, but doubt it. I won't swap anything out (all swaps are safe in the cabinet/shelf) until I am done cleaning here. Sorry for delay, but I have to finish before I move to swaps. Once I know more, I will update.
Don't worry about swaps - they are all in a different room and in the air on a shelf (otherwise my paper fetish cat would attack - guess he is a blessing, otherwise I may have just set in a pile on the floor)
Oh well - sorry for the delay

I guess this brings a new meaning to the phrase "s**t" happens! Don't worry...get everything sorted out at home. A little anticipation won't kill us!

Just wanted to update you all that I just received an email from our hostess and she is finally able to get in her craft room today after tearing up floors and sanitizing.
She hopes to get sorted tomorrow afternoon (She has to work in the morning). The PO closes at 4 on Thursdays, so if she can't get there before they close, then she'll get mailed out on Friday. And she said she would get DC#s for those that requested.
Shouldn't be long now!

Finally made it onto the boards. It has been a trying few weeks, then not able to log in was driving me nuts. Anyway - yes, swapping out and mailing by Friday. Work schedule changed to this afternoon, so if I don't spend too much time on the boards, I may be able to get things mailed sooner! Sorry again for the delays - hope everyone is having a great day!

Well, swaps will go out tomorrow - maybe. this is the four lane, divided highway I used to get home tonight from work (done early, but took twice as long to get home). Yes, plows are out, but the snow isn't supposed to stop until tomorrow. it gets better? this is my road - dirt road, no plowing due to warmer weather. While fun to drive in with 4wd - no getting out until some melts without it. Snow will go fast, but if the mail truck can't make it in, not sure I will get out. Dh will need the 4wd to get to work in the am, so unless it melts really fast, they may not make it out tomorrow. On the plus side - my septic now works great. Someone out today (no, it wasn't right the first time) - turns out, the switch to turn on the pump was frozen in the off position - go figure. ROFL - gotta laugh and keep on moving :D

Lucinda, watching The Weather Channel this morning....I don't exactly see your mail going out today! lol That snow is just something else!
It's hilarious though on the show as they are showing some videos of one guy just screaming insanely out in the snow, in frustration....and then another video of a lady sitting on her deck in the snow drinking a summer drink in her tank top and shorts. lol So atleast some of you up there are finding ways to have some fun with the snow! lol
And you have more snow coming this next week!
Just hope it stays away from me! I am so ready for sunny days and spring-like weather!

LOL Gotta find the reasons to smile/laugh or you will end up nuts. I keep seeing pics of cherry blossom trees in bloom and beautiful spring flowers and mine are all under a foot of snow (literally) However, they will bloom and be absolutely beautiful! Schools are a mix of delay for 2 hours and closed right now - even dd isn't making it to college classes today as we just can't get out right now. In emergency - police/neighbors do have snowmobiles or we could use a horse to make it to the end of the road. Just kind of joke about things and laugh. Love the photos of people outside in their summer attire. I did put on my flip flops, but kept the winter coat on It is beautiful and spring will come. These swaps will even get mailed! all the schools around in our area have now closed Glad they did as last week when we had a storm like this one stayed open and four busses ended up in ditches. No injuries, but one of those things that could have been avoided.

Lucinda asked me to let you all know that this swap is all postal, and she has emailed DC#'s to everyone that she has an email address for, she has been having trouble getting on this board ...
Yeah, I love getting this swap back, it's always so neat to see everyone's interpretation of the same directive

Candy - thanks so much for posting for me :) I think Sunnybrook and Laura are the only ones I didn't email yet. Sending you both a pm (this site only seems to work with my firefox browser. doesn't let me log in with anything else - oh well :)) PS - definitely appreciating the working septic - never have taken so much joy in the water draining where it is supposed to ROFL. Yeah!!!!!! Almost forgot - amid all the mess, been planning an online crop with a reduce, reuse, recycle theme. If you are interested, you can find it at www.scraprageous.com/messageboards/Edited by user Monday, April 22, 2013 1:37:01 PM(UTC)

Denise, I am glad your box arrived! For those who have asked, yes, there will be a round 7, but with the hectic nature of my life over the next few weeks (hate to say, septic has been the easiest - as well as messiest), I need to take a break in listing in listing for a few weeks. Thinking June. Hopefully it will be done snowing by then Thanks so much to everyone who has been participating - this is one of my favorite swaps - the different interpretations are wonderful!

Thank you everyone for the great swap! I had a long tough day yesterday and it was a nice pick me up to see some scrappy goodness when I got home! I mostly do scrapbook pages and am just starting to venture into cards... You all inspire me with these wonderful projects! I love this swap because it challenges me and lets me learn about new products and techniques!
Thanks again for organizing Lucinda!

I am glad your boxes have arrived :)
Around the first of June I will post another round. Just need to catch up on a few items (i.e. let life get back to 'normal' ROFL - does that ever happen - JK)
This swap is always so much fun to see the wonderful creations. The different interpretations often leave me thinking, "what a cool idea - why didn't I think of that!"
Thanks everyone!

Ladies...I have the flickering candles to go in the holder I made, but did not send them due to time constraints. They have to go by ground and I mailed barely on time, so if anyone wants one, please PM me your address and I will be glad to send you one. Truly I have no use for 10 of theses and it was my intention to include them.
